The VTAC Year 12 Guide is designed to lead students through the process of researching tertiary education and applying for courses, special consideration (SEAS), and scholarships.
Year 12 students are encouraged to browse the abovementioned website and may also choose to download the students VTAC Quick Reference Guide for Year 12 and/or a postcard with key dates.
VET stands for Vocational Education and Training, and vocation refers to work or employment. VET in the VCE programs are designed to give students an exposure to practical skills and an understanding of what it is like to ‘learn through doing.’
So, students can opt to do a VET subject while completing their VCE and, in many cases, the VET qualification contributes towards the VCE and the ATAR.

All Year 10 students are required to complete Work Experience between 16 and 20 November.
Work Experience arrangement form must be completed and returned to Ms Barnes and Mrs Bult by the end of Term 3. Students will get emailed the Work Experience form from their Careers teacher.
