Parade College is a warm and friendly environment dedicated to the education of boys since 1871.
The College aims to help young men grow into well rounded individuals who will make a meaningful contribution to society. In a vibrant learning community, students are encouraged to explore and develop their talents to the fullest and aim for excellence in all endeavours.
Our young men are challenged to achieve as highly as possible in their academic studies as they discern the appropriate pathway to their future ambitions. They are also encouraged through the various co-curricular offerings to grow into people of good heart who have healthy self-respect, who value right relationships with other people, and who can offer themselves in service to the needy and marginalised people in our society.
We are keen to recruit staff of a high calibre who are passionate about the education of young men, who share a commitment to the College mission, who are enthusiastic learners, risk-takers, and are able to contribute positively and generously to the life and ethos of the College.
We offer a wide range of core and co-curricular activities and so we employ teachers and support staff with a variety of skills and experience.
Staff share in the wider life of the College including attendance at official functions and interacting with students in the grounds, at sport, on camps and during community action. Staff are also encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities to help boys develop a wide range of skills.

National Police Records Check
Personal identity verification and background check
Reference check will also address the person's suitability for the working with children check.
