Families with children entering Year 9 in 2027 are advised that they will begin their first ExCEL Extended Learning Project (ELP 1) during the 2027 Early Commencement Program, commencing on Wednesday 25 November. As part of this learning experience, students will participate in an ExCEL Orientation Day on Wednesday 2 December. The day will involve supervised travel on public transport between the Bundoora and Preston Campuses and visits to several key sites involved with ExCEL across Melbourne’s CBD, helping students develop confidence and familiarity with locations that will support their project work.
