FEES

During Term 4 the College sends out an annual account for the forthcoming year. Various payment options are available including a discounted fee for full payment by a nominated date. A late payment fee of $25 per term may be charged for overdue accounts.

The College endeavours to charge an all-encompassing fee, which covers the cost of materials, compulsory excursions, camps, retreats etc. Additional charges would cover music lessons and instrument hire, VET subjects, Charter Buses, activities and non-compulsory camps, etc.

In addition each family will be charged a Building Levy of $300 and working bee levy of $100 for the year. Families will receive a $50 credit for each of 2 working bees attended by a family member (minimum attendance of 4hrs required).

Instrumental music lessons are charged separately and on a half yearly basis. The first account will be sent in term 1 and the second in term 3. The charge varies by the type of lesson, group or individual, and whether an instrument is hired or not. A typical half-yearly charge for individual lessons with instrument hire is $391.00 for use as a guide.

Due to the fluctuating price of fuel, the costs for transport have not been determined at this stage. The exact price will be confirmed by the end of the 2008 school year.
