- A plague on the pest – rabbit calicivirus disease and biological control - The accidental release of the rabbit calicivirus from Wardang Island in October 1995 is yet another development in the story of Australia's efforts to control pests.
- Pest Animal Control CRC - The Centre aims to develop new biological control agents for three of Australia's most damaging pest animals - the European rabbit, European red fox and the introduced house mouse. These agents will be cost effective, environmentally friendly, will reduce the impact of the pest to acceptable levels, be more humane and retain their effectiveness over time.

- African-American Pamphlet Collection - From Slavery to Freedom: The African-American Pamphlet Collection, 1824-1909 presents 397 pamphlets by African-American authors and others who wrote about slavery, African colonization, Emancipation, Reconstruction and related topics.
Africans in America - This site features America's journey through slavery. It contains narratives, maps and teacher guides, as well as a four part examination of slavery 1450-1750, 1750-1805, 1791-1831 and 1831-1865 from PBS. Each part has historical description, documents, a resource bank and a teacher's guide.
- American slave narratives - From 1936 to 1938, over 2,300 former slaves from across the American South were interviewed by writers and journalists. These former slaves, most born in the last years of the slave regime or during the Civil War, provided first-hand accounts of their experiences on plantations, in cities and on small farms.
- Black peoples of America - This website covers the enslavement and transportation of black Africans to the Americas. Pupils learn about the lives of the people and the conditions they were forced to endure until the abolition of slavery in America in 1870.\
- Encyclopaedia of slavery - The Encyclopaedia of Slavery has accounts from individual slaves, descriptions of the slave system, slave life, events and issues, campaigners against slavery and political organisations.
- Enslaved -This website from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation has primary source information related to slavery in the U.S.
- Living under enslavement - Part of the Henry Ford Museum site, the slavery pages describe the Hermitage Plantation in Georgia and explore the ways in which African Americans cared for their families, used their skills, preserved their African traditions, and resisted enslavement.
- Triumph over slavery - This website from the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture and the New York Public Library was designed for the 2004 UN International Year to Commemorate the Struggle Against Slavery and its Abolition. The website has comprehensive information and images. Topics include New people, Africa, Transatlantic trade, Slave systems, Struggle against slavery, Religion and Expressive culture.
- Underground railroad - The underground railroad follows the journey of slaves such as based on Harriet Tubman who fled from the southern U.S.A.
