A 'Plus, Minus, Interesting' PMI strategy is a quick effective tool available for evaluation or self-evaluation. It draws out the positives, the negatives and the interesting aspects of a learning experience. By using PMI a learner looks at the experience from all perspectives. Under 'interesting' the learner may include a variety of responses: thoughts, comments, questions, connections to other learning, reflections on any aspect of the experience.
